This way, a retailer can buy products to resell in their stores in a simple, fast and secure way, through the Android app or our website.
Where can I use Red101 App?
You can use the Red101 app on your mobile phone with any Android device or on the Red101 website through your native browser.
How do I find products?
You can use the search bar in the upper right corner of the app or select a category and browse through the items to find your preferred products.
The advanced search allows you to search for products by price, new products, and seller.
How do I make a purchase?
After selecting the items you want to buy, add all the items to your cart and follow the instructions to complete the order, which includes shipping details.
Where can I find a record of all my purchases?
At the top right corner, next to the search button, you will find a menu with three lines and an orders tab. This is a record of all your placed orders.
Can I add multiple shipping addresses?
Yes, you can add multiple shipping addresses.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is set by each seller, so it varies.
Do you offer free delivery?
This is determined by the distributor and may be based on the order value and delivery location. At checkout, you can see the delivery cost or if it is free.
Do you accept cash payment?
Some distributors may accept this form of payment. At the checkout screen, you will see all the accepted payment methods for your purchase.

The delivery time varies depending on the destination location and the seller. However, we typically try to ensure swift delivery.

The app is linked to a phone number. Remember that when signing in to your account on a tablet, it will ask you to validate the phone number through an SMS that you will receive.
Do I have to pay anything to use Red101 Market? What is the commission fee?
Red101 Market is completely FREE for retailers. You will only pay the final order value and shipping fee.
